A private hot tub is available on the back deck and is cleaned and maintained routinely. Spa chemicals are provided under the kitchen sink — we recommend adding 1 scoop daily after use. Please do not remove the chlorine floater, as it helps maintain cleanliness. Always cover and secure the hot tub when not in use.

☆☆ TRASH INFORMATION ☆☆

Community dumpsters are conveniently located at Cindy Ln & CJ Perme Expy, with additional dumpsters on Meadow Hills Ln.
Please bag all trash and take it to the community dumpsters. Do not leave trash on the decks or porches to avoid attracting pests. A small porch bin is provided for temporary storage before disposal.
