IMPORTANT NOTES
-> TRANSPORT: If you want to stay and play on the slopes during winter (November-April) you'll need to come prepared to handle heavy snow. Our driveway receives both natural snow and a small amount of manmade snow from the blowers. You must bring 4WD or AWD vehicles to drive up to Beech Mountain, and chains may also be necessary during bad weather. 
-> BUNK ROOM: The upstairs bunk room (Bedroom 3) is a bunk room with a king bed and a triple-twin bunk bed.  Bedroom 3 is ONLY accessible by walking through Bedroom 2, which is the upstairs master bedroom. 
-> LAND OF OZ: Sky High Adventures is located next door to the Land Of Oz theme park, open during select Autumn weekends each year. During its opening times, you will experience additional traffic near the home. 
-> BEECH MOUNTAIN CLUB: Guests of the home have the option to purchase a temporary membership to Beech Mountain Club during their stay. Please inquire for details. Membership includes unlimited family access to the pool, fitness center, dining venues, and social activities (event fees may apply). Sports access to tennis or pickleball at the BMC is available, and golf green fees must be paid to the Club. Fitness classes are also available for a small fee. 
-> SKI IN/SKI OUT: Sky High Adventures is a seasonal ski in/ski out home on the run West Bowl. Availability of ski-in/ski-out access to West Bowl is seasonal and not guaranteed. Beech Mountain Resort opens the West Bowl during busy times when extra space is needed to accommodate increased numbers of visitors, and when there is adequate snow to allow the run to be open. You can check the opened/closed status of the run at Beech Mountain Resort’s website. The primary ski runs are still within close walking distance from home (less than 200 yards away). 
-> PETS: This property is dog-friendly! Please keep in mind our pet fee, which is $50 per dog per night. We allow up to 4 dogs for any booking. Additional dogs must be requested and will incur an additional fee. The pet fee is automatically added to the booking total when pets are included in the guest count at the time of booking. If a pet is added after the time of booking, a payment request will be sent for the pet fee.
-> HOT TUB: A hot tub is available on the back deck that is cleaned and maintained routinely. Spa chemicals are available under the kitchen sink and we recommend adding 1 scoop daily following use. Please do not remove the chlorine floater from the tub as this helps maintain cleanliness. Ensure the cover is put back on and buckled when not in use.
-> TRASH INFO: All trash must be bagged and placed in the bear-proof container at the end of the driveway. The red flag must be UP for pickup to occur. Trash pickup days are Monday and Thursday (pending holiday schedules).

The Booking Guest must be at least 21 years old to book this property and must be present during the reserved dates. These are terms that are agreed in the required Rental Agreement.

Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement with Great Escapes Homes. We use an approved API-connected software provider, OwnerRez, and will provide guests an OwnerRez Rental Agreement link to the rental agreement after booking.

Events are not allowed on the property and the maximum guest count must be adhered which is 21 people for this property.
